Reconnect: A Retreat for Jewish Students 2-4 February 2018

Escape the mundane and join us for the first ever progressively lead Jewish retreat for students!

Reconnect is a special retreat where Jewish students will come together to reconnect to the parts of themselves that may have become lost or forgotten over the course of the academic year.

The weekend will embrace progressive Jewish learning and prayer, empowerment + leadership, as well as community and self-care. Some highlights include a warm and musical Kabbalat Shabbat, community organizing training, and the chance to just relax and have fun. It will be an incredible weekend, so save the date and invite your friends!

The weekend will be led by Maya Skaarbrevik from Jeneration and by Progressive student chaplains Rabbi Leah Jordan: and Rabbi Daniel Lichman:   (alongside some other lovely individuals).

The retreat is being held on 2- 4th Feb, in the Peak District. The cost for the retreat is £50. This does not include travel to the site. Nearest train station is Manchester Piccadilly (Financial assistance is available and should not be a barrier to your attendance! Speak to Maya Skaarbrevik or Leah Jordan for any more information)
